What DrugIQ is
DrugIQ is a pharmaceutical reference layer. It reconciles drug identity, regulatory status, pharmacogenomic recommendations, and adverse-event signals from authoritative public sources (CDSCO, NPPA, FDA, EMA, FAERS, CPIC, and others) and presents them in a single queryable record per drug.
What DrugIQ is not
DrugIQ is not a clinical decision-support system, prescription tool, patient diagnostic, or substitute for professional medical judgement. Records are sourced and dated but may lag the latest regulatory action by up to the refresh cadences listed on the Status page.
For clinical use
Always consult a qualified pharmacist, physician, or other appropriate professional before making any prescribing, dispensing, or dosing decision. The presence of a pharmacogenomic recommendation or adverse-event signal in DrugIQ does not constitute a clinical recommendation for your specific patient or use case.
For patient use
DrugIQ is a professional-grade reference. If you are a patient looking for information about a drug you have been prescribed, please consult your prescribing clinician or pharmacist. Do not start, stop, or change a medication on the basis of DrugIQ content.
Reporting issues
If you believe a record on DrugIQ contains an error that could affect clinical decision-making, please email [email protected] with the record identifier and the discrepancy. We respond within 5 business days.
